Crrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrinnnng!!! my alarm rang!!! And I screamed...Holy shit!!!!! 6 20 is my train..
.All I know that I have to reach the railway station in next 20 mins or else ill end up my nxt day Vishu celebration at CBE which was totally not acceptable !!!
I reached the railway station in lightening fast speed and then in a total "Jab v met" style boarded the train !!PHEW!!! All thanks to Ashu :) and in next 6 hours I reached my home sweet home.My stomach was growling out of hunger and when I got those divine smell of chakka appam or mulka( a sweet small dumplings made of jackfruit,rice and jaggery deep fried)
I wasted no time to make my way straight to the kitchen.When I took my first bite of those little bits of heaven, it had me singing! .... They were yummy & there were never any left no matter how many were made.This was followed with a whole lot of mom's special delicacies which I kept hogging the whole Vishu day.So let me now take you guys through some of my frisky shots of my vishu day.
The early morning VISHU KANI (at around 4 30 am) was totally divine ...to start off a new year.....
